To Place an order online
Simply enter the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and click on add to cart symbol. This will automatically add the item(s) to your shopping cart which will be displayed in the top left corner. You can then continue to shop for other items, or if you wish to checkout at any time simply click on the cart/checkout button. This in turn will take you to your order summary. From here you can make any last minute adjustments to your shopping cart. You will then need to enter your delivery details. Finally you will be directed to secure server website where you will be asked for your credit or debit card details.
To order by post
Please remember to include all of your contact details and the item number(s) of the particular item(s) you would like to purchase along with a cheque or credit card details. If paying by cheque please make it payable to chinawarehousedirect.
Please remember the payment total should include the postage and packaging charge, which will be detailed on the check out page.
To order by Telephone
Call our order line on free phone 0800 783 5904 and leave your name, address, telephone number along with the item number(s) of the product(s) you wish to order and your credit card details. Your order will then be processed the next working day.
Alternatively if you would like to be contacted for the payment details, we can call you back as soon as possible.

In an endeavor to keep our overheads as low as possible and pass on the maximum savings to our customers, we do not have a permanently manned enquiry line. Deliveries
We will endeavor to deliver all orders promptly, but please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch as some of our items require special handling and despatch methods.
If there are any further delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that credit card payments are not processed until order has been despatched.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and Packaging will be automatically calculated once you click the checkout button. The tariff bracket is worked out by the weight of the items selected.
The Postage and Packaging costs are constantly reviewed in order that we remain as competitive as possible.
Returns
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All we ask is that the goods are returned/collected in their unused condition and in their original packaging.
Please email returns@chinawarehousedirect.co.uk to notify us in advance. Where we will be able to respond to you efficiently. When returning goods, please remember to obtain a proof of posting in case your parcels fails to reach us.

The credit card transactions are handled only by ourselves and are not held in clear text until they reach us.

We are more than happy to send goods overseas where/when possible.
